Asia Hussain is a Pakistani, Dutch, Muslim, Transwomen/hijra and activist. She is working with BIPOC LGBTQIA+ in the Netherlands and also internationally. Human rights and anti-discrimination are big parts in her work as a social worker, project leader and director of the Prisma Group NGO. In the Netherlands she is the first Pakistani Dutch Muslim Transwomen who started many projects to support/help the (POC) queer communities.
