Arno is an operational manager specialising in setting up and managing cultural NGOs. He co-founded and managed the cultural center Lighthouse in Amsterdam. Currently he is part of the Space of Urgency team and chair of the board of Kollektiv Spieltrieb e.V. in Berlin. Under this banner, he is active in managing a number of international projects focused on raising public awareness, developing new tools, and building bridges between self-organised cultural initiatives and decision makers.
